Shaping Education Together
Language training, tutoring, and tailored educational programs for companies, schools, daycares, social organizations, and educational partners.
Zielscheibe tutoring network collaborates with businesses, institutions, and community partners alongside families.
We develop custom training and support programs for companies, schools, daycares, social institutions, youth welfare, and educational initiatives.
« No rigid off-the-shelf solutions: we build customized concepts adapted to your team, schedule, and institutional goals. »
Language Training for Companies
International professionals and trainees bring essential expertise. However, language barriers can cause misunderstandings and slow down team communication, customer relations, or onboarding.
We help businesses systematically develop the German and language skills of their international employees and apprentices.
Course content is specifically tailored to real daily workflows, current language levels, and your industry-specific vocabulary.
Corporate Training Modules:
Flexible Online or On-Site
Training can take place in our interactive online classroom or, by agreement, directly on-site at your company in Essen and surrounding Ruhr cities. Online instruction allows seamless participation across distributed locations.
Online Nationwide
Location-independent, flexible, and ideal for remote or multi-branch teams.
On-Site (Essen & Ruhr Region)
Directly at your company facilities or our learning centers in the Ruhr area.
Tailored to Your Requirements
Every organization has unique needs. We start by analyzing your goals, initial language levels, participant numbers, and timeline to design a custom proposal without rigid pre-packaged fees.
A current example: at the Friedenschule in Essen we run a literacy course for adult parents.
Support for Schools and Educational Partners
Schools perform demanding pedagogical work. Extra tutoring needs or project phases often exceed internal staff capacities. Partnering with a reliable educational provider ensures targeted student progress.
We coordinate closely with school leadership to establish an efficient pedagogical framework.

Early Education and School Transition

Not every initiative fits into a standard category. If you have an idea, target group, or project grant, let us discuss how to shape a successful educational initiative.
